Mark your calendars for January 31st as MSUEA presents an exclusive, fully subsidized Detroit Trip. Coming up on MSUEA's speaker series is Seth Killian, CEO and Co-Founder at Lingco. Lingco is an adaptive learning platform for a multitude of languages. It is primarily focused on being used in schools to amplify language learning and comprehension. Unlike competitors, Lingco uses artificial intelligence to determine students' competencies in vocabulary and grammar structures, so that it can give actionable resources to instructors to create a more efficient and beneficial learning atmosphere.
He is a Michigan State Alumni and has a background in software engineering at TechSmith Corporation. Additionally, he worked as a learning assistant for a programming course.

MSUEA’s Pitchmania has returned!
PitchMania s a five-finalist amateur pitch competition held by the MSU Entrepreneurship Association. Finalist teams each have 5 minutes to pitch at the event in front of a panel of three judges. The teams are competing for assorted cash prizes with a total value of $1,100 as well as tech support from imagine software.. Apply to pitch here or RSVP here.

UpFront: Reuben Levinsohn
Reuben Levinsohn has been a business man and entrepreneur since his early twenties. While studying Business Finance at Michigan State University, Reuben bought a national home improvement franchise which he built up from scratch to over 40 employees and one of the largest painting companies in Michigan. While running his business he also began acquiring commercial and residential real estate investment properties.
Understanding the importance of financial planning, and having a very positive experience with his own financial advisor, he sold his franchise and became a financial advisor with the goal of having a positive impact on others.
Reuben provides solutions for businesses in the area of health and ancillary benefits, retirement plans, key person protection, business buy-sell funding, and owner and partner financial strategies.
He is also an investor and co-founder at Blue Owl Coffee in REO Town. His role is focused on brand and location expansion strategy, real estate, and space negotiations.
Another startup he is investor and co-founder at is Lingco. It is an adaptive / individualized, web-based language learning platform, custom tailored for university level language instructors. His role is CFO, handling financials, legal, funding, and putting together additional team members.

Broc W. Edwards is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer at Pronoia, a strategic advisory and investor relations firm, Founding Partner of Exit Quotient Ventures, a pre-seed and seed stage venture capital firm and Co-Founder & President at Unleashed, a management consulting firm. Prior to founding these three entities Mr. Edwards worked several years on Wall Street as an investment banker at Merrill Lynch, Keefe, Bruyette & Woods and Raymond James, where he specialized in M&A and capital markets advisory for diversified industrial and specialty finance companies. Mr. Edwards earned a B.A. in Finance from the Eli Broad College of Business and a minor in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from the Burgess Institute at Michigan State University.

Meet & Greet with Mike Vichich
Mike was the cofounder of Wisely, and sold the company to Olo (NYSE: OLO) in 2021 for ~$200M. The Wisely founding story included a few major product failures, missed payrolls, and near-death experiences. He believes startups are a force for good in the world, and loves helping founders start and scale their companies. He wishes he started a company in college, and consequently endeavors to convince Spartans of today to take the entrepreneurial leap while at MSU.
Meet & Greet with Malik Hall
Malik Hall is a Technical Program Manager at Microsoft, overseeing the deployment of New Technology hardware for Azure Cloud Platform. Malik is the co-lead for Diversity and Inclusion at Microsoft, and helps the tech giant form foundations and strategies on diversity and inclusion.
Additionally, with an overall goal of enhancing our lives by building new technology to serve humanity better & to tie his background together to figure out how I can create technology that serves a sociable purpose; Malik is also a co-founder of a startup called JustGrabit which was selected to participate in Version One Accelerator program.
